Why We’re Here
Miracle Kids Nursery & Primary School is located just beyond the northern edge of Kampala, Uganda. Founded in 2006 by Pastor Alex Katongole, the school was established to serve local children, including many who have been orphaned. In a region where resources and opportunities are limited, Miracle Kids provides not only quality education but also essential support such as meals and housing for its orphaned students.
The mission of Miracle Kids Foundation is to offer care, love, and protection while delivering a Christ-centered education that empowers vulnerable children in Uganda to build a brighter future.
Representatives from Command Two Ministries had the opportunity to visit Miracle Kids School in March 2026. The many improvements made to the school have created a safe, welcoming, and dignified environment for both the children and staff.
In a community marked by deep poverty and a lack of basic resources, where many face daily uncertainty, Miracle Kids School shines as a beacon of hope—offering not only education, but also stability, care, and a renewed sense of possibility for some of the most vulnerable children.
